Product Description: We manufacture and supply high-quality fiber pots and moulds. All product images and descriptions on our website are for representation purposes and may vary slightly from the final product.

Pricing: Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.

Bulk Orders: Custom orders or bulk manufacturing will require advance confirmation and may involve longer delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept payments through e.g., UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, etc.

Once payment is received, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 10-20 business days, depending on order size and location.

Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or courier companies.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects.

Customers must report any issues and raise return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

No returns will be accepted for damage caused after delivery.

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment account within 7-10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
